Please contact us to obtain a return authorization before sending your item back.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, including purchasing their own return shipping label.

Refunds are issued within 2–3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

All sales are final for Custom Whiskey Balls.
